Good morning,
Guidelines for track.

Athletes should be practicing social distancing during practice.
No hugging
Handshakes, high fives, fist/elbow bumps, chest bumps, no sharing of water or other fluid, Have your hand sanitizer.
Practice staying 6ft apart.

You may also wear a mask.
